About us

We’re husband and wife team, Andrew and Jess, and together with our distillery dog Harry, we're the owners and co-founders of Burning Berries Distillery. And we love gin. We’re particularly passionate about and proud champions of Australian craft gins. But we always felt that something was missing from our gin collection – our own gin!

The idea for (and name of) Burning Berries has been in our heads for a number of years, borne out of passion and a desire to create and share our love for gin and spirits with people just like us.

For our first gin, our Signature Gin, we wanted to create a gin that we love to drink – citrus-forward, juniper-heavy and rounded with warm spices. We’re incredibly proud of our recipe, which has been developed, tested, and refined over many years. And we're sure you'll love it just as much as we do.

To ensure the high quality of our signature gin is maintained, it is lovingly handcrafted and distilled in small batches in Sydney’s inner west.

No berries are burned or harmed in the making of Burning Berries gin (our name is a play on our surnames!).
